Center Delivers Virtual TC3 Class to Workforce Training Participants

For the past several years, Center Senior Director for Workforce Education Pat Greenfield and long-time Center subject matter expert Frank Burnett, a retired IBEW Local 103 Instructor and MBTA signals maintainer, have co-taught the Transit Core Competencies Curriculum (TC3) in a program called Community Works .

National Rail Car Training Consortium Holds Virtual End of Year Meeting

On December 17, 2020 the Center held a virtual meeting of the National Rail Car Training Consortium. The meeting was well attended with twelve of fifteen active agencies in attendance. To begin the meeting, member agencies had an opportunity to share updates on how the pandemic has impacted service and training at their respective locations.
