First Set of Rail Car Training Consortium Courses Piloted at CATS

Three new Railcar Training Consortium courses are being piloted by the Charlotte Area Transit System (CATS) this week in Charlotte, NC:

  Course 104: Introduction to Auxiliary Power Supply and Battery Systems
  Course 106: Introduction to HVAC Systems
  Course 204: Inspection and Maintenance of Auxiliary Power Supply and Battery Systems

These courses are being taught by two Consortium subject matter experts, Silvester Fulmore and Eugene Capote to six rail car technicians at CATS’ well-designed, modern training rooms located at the rail car maintenance facility.
