Nuria I. Fernandez Elected APTA Vice Chair

Nuria I. Fernandez, the General Manager and CEO of Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority (VTA) of San Jose, CA, has been elected Vice Chair of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA). Under her leadership, VTA continues to be a leader in labor-management partnership training through the Joint Workforce Initiative (JWI). Nuria has been a member of the Transportation Learning Center Board of Directors since 2015.
