The Center Introduces Train-the-Trainer Level 2

On Thursday, October 17th, the Center introduced Train-the-Trainer Level 2. The highly successful   Train-the-Trainer Level 1 focuses on training delivery. The upcoming Train-the-Trainer Level 2 is focused on instructional design - in other words, designing and developing training materials. During the session, Center Instructional Designer Kristen Ribaudo introduced the concept of a Training Needs Analysis and led the group through an exercise where participants identified their top training related deficiencies and ways the Center could help through Train-the-Trainer Level 2.

As expected, locations really want instruction on how to create effective presentations and also how best to use OEM materials to create succinct, engaging courses. These will both be prominent parts of Train-the-Trainer Level 2. We also heard that locations want help developing course assessments. Based on this feedback, we created the class schedule below.
