The Center delivered two well-received workshops during the 2018 National Transit Institute (NTI) Transit Trainers’ Workshop in Seattle, WA. On Tuesday, Senior Instructional Design Associate, Amri Joyner delivered a workshop titled “Gaining Respect for Your Training Program.”
