The Transportation Learning Center seeks consultants to assist in its work of developing training materials for the transit industry in compliance with National Training Guidelines. The Consortium for Elevator-Escalator Maintenance exists to provide consistently high-quality courseware to participating transit agencies and their local unions. Acting on behalf of the Consortium, the Transportation Learning Center will insist that any contractor's services result in the delivery of high-quality courseware, consistent with prior Consortium efforts
